2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the products offered in this shop to consumers and users. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices, without this affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Purchase process

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after confirmation, we will let you know and refund the full amount.

5. Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store card details on our servers.

6. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Withdrawal and guarantees

These are governed by our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms and includes the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Safe use of the product

Electric lunch boxes must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied. Do not handle them while driving and do not leave them connected to the vehicle with the engine off for long periods. Do not immerse the outer casing in water.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage arising from use of the product other than as described in its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you on a mandatory basis by consumer legislation.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
