Shipping policy

All orders are prepared on working days. The daily cut-off is at 2 pm (mainland Spain time): orders placed before then ship the same day; later ones ship the next working day.

We ship to the 27 member states of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Sweden.

Delivery times are estimates and are counted from the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse, not from when the order is placed. They do not include weekends or public holidays, and they may be longer for island or outermost destinations.

Taxes

All prices include the applicable VAT. As these are shipments within the European Union, no customs duties or clearance charges apply.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder before writing to us.

Delays and incidents

If the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not arrive within the stated time, write to us at hola@getthermobox.com and we will sort it out. In accordance with article 66 bis of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, if we fail to deliver within the agreed period you may require us to do so within an additional reasonable period and, if that is not met either, terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

Delivery address

Please check the address before confirming your order. Once the parcel has left the warehouse we cannot change it; if the shipment is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated absence, the cost of reshipping is borne by the buyer.
